Heiress Marketing Refund Policy

General Refund Terms

Heiress Marketing provides branding, marketing, strategy, and creative services. Because our work involves significant time, planning, and customization, refunds are generally not offered for completed work or delivered services.

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and the terms of the signed client agreement.

Deposits and Retainers

All deposits, retainers, or initial payments made to secure services are non-refundable. These payments reserve time, resources, and staffing for your project.

Project Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Work already completed is non-refundable.

  • If no work has begun and cancellation occurs within 3 business days of payment, Heiress Marketing may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

After work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

4. Service Delivery and Revisions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of preference after work has been delivered

  • Missed deadlines caused by client delays

  • Lack of communication or failure to provide required materials

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective judgment after agreed-upon work has been completed

Revisions included in a project are specified in the client’s contract. Additional revisions may require extra fees.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital assets, templates, and downloadable materials are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned once delivered.

Events, Workshops, and Trainings

For event-based services:

  • Tickets or registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted at least 7 days before the event.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Heiress Marketing reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
